Located near the town of Cutigliano (11 km from Abetone), it can be easily reached by car via Florence (70 km), Lucca (78 km), Pisa (101 km), Pistoia (37 km) or Prato (55 km). It is situated in a quiet, secluded area, but essential services are only a kilometer away.
It includes six comfortable rooms on two floors, for a total of 60 square meters. The ground floor has a relaxing living room with fireplace and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with bunk beds. The first floor houses two bedrooms with double beds, one of which can be split into two single beds.
From the main bedroom, guests can access a covered balcony and admire the enchanting view of Apennine Mountains. In the summer, the private garden becomes an evocative shelter where you can enjoy barbecues and breathe pure mountain air under chestnut and beech trees.
